Carl has been in the security industry for 17 years and specialises in Electronic Security in particular Alarm Monitoring. He is the Owner/Founder of Fenix Monitoring an NSI Gold approved Alarm Receiving Centre, a member of the Security Institute, BSIA and corporate members of IFPO. Carl takes an active role in these organisations and is passionate about professionalism and learning in the Security Industry.

Andrew works as a security consultant Security and Medical Consultant and Trainer. He has a military background, medically discharged in 1994.
Andrew has been involved in both security and training both in UK and abroad for 20 years: 15 years spent in Asia, Australia and New Zealand to mention a few.

He has a passion for security and training delivery, and encouraging others to achieve greater things, by both example and mentoring. His own journey has not been without major trials and obstacles.
He does not believe in in handouts, but hand ups, helping others sometimes and is passionate about medical training, including mental health and awareness.
